標題[問題] 信賴區間沒有標準差?

1:in a random sample, 145of 500 persons given a flu vaccine experienced some
discomfort.
b.Construct a 90% confidence interval for the proportion of persons who will
experience some discomfort from the vaccine
有樣本平均數 跟樣本數 t 90%=1.645
求信賴區間
但是沒有標準差
請問統計版各位 該如何求??
