我想問一個有關於 LLR test 的問題 用 likelihood ratio test 檢測不同的演化模型 我在計算p值方面遇到一些問題 我運算的程式會 output 出 df 及 -2lnL 可是有些 df 有標 * 表示機率曲線不對稱的, 不能直接查 chi-square 計算 p-value.說明的原文如下(我怕我曲解意思因此貼上來) When the null model is true and has a parameter fixed at the boundary of the parameter space, the expected distribution is a mixture. In the case of a single fixed parameter,-2lnL should be asymptotically distributed as a random variable that takes the value 0 with probability 0.5 and takes on a value from a chi-square distribution with probability 0.5. 以下舉幾個例子 m1 m2 為兩個參數, 表兩族群基因交流量(A跑到B,B跑到兩個)。 Alternative df m1, m2 -- null model m1=0, m2 1* m1=m2 1 也就是測 m1= m2 的時候我才可以直接查 chi-square 算p 那有打*表示我按照 df 查表出來的p 值直接除以2就可以用嗎? 這點不是很確定, 還有我不是很懂這部分的概念, 有人可以簡單為我解釋 或者建議我打甚麼關鍵字找資料去理解呢?(我會有點混淆 感覺 m1=0 很像是 null model 少一個參數 m1, 可是說明好像是說m1=定值0) --
