標題[問題] 迴歸係數等於零的問題

大家好 想請教一個問題
簡單迴歸 y = b0 + b1 X + ε
if a confidence interval for b1 span the value of 0
one can conclude that
A. MSE=0
B. r^2=0
C. There is no linear statistical relationship between X and Y
答案是C 為什麼選項B r^2=0 不是答案呢
有沒有人可以幫忙解答一下 謝謝!!
