標題[問題] 關於Any multistage designs with replacement的疑問

老實說我現在再看有關於multistage designs的文章
裡面有關於Any multistage designs with replacement的概念不是很了解它的意思
就是Notice that the estimator of variance is particularly simple for the design
with probability-proportional-to-size sampling with replacement.
還有 In fact, variance estimation is equally simple for any multistage designs in
which primary units are selected with replacement with known draw-by-draw
selection probabilities Pi, subsampling is done independently between
different primary units.
是否有人可告訴我它大概的意思，感激不敬!
