標題[問題] 統計的機率問題

A truth sergum(血清) given to suspect is known to be
90% reliable when the person is guilty(有罪) and
99% reliable when the person is innocent(無罪)
In other words,10% of guilty are judged innocent by the serum
and 1% of the innocent are judged guilty.
If the suspect was selected from a group of suspects of which only
5% have ever committed a crime, and the serum indicates that he
is guilty, What is the probability that he is innocent?
算無罪的機率問題
但是不知道該怎麼假設才對>"<
怎麼假設都覺得怪怪 不合理
請問 大家 該怎麼假設呢??
後續我可以自己算就好^^
