標題[問題] 樣本變異數和樣本平均數之間的關係

假設 樣本平均數的代號為α，樣本變異數的代號為β
1. α and β are asymptotically uncorrelated under any population.
2. X1,X2,...,Xn iid T(d.f=30) , then αand β are independent.
請問上面兩個敘述錯在哪裡呢
一直都搞不太清楚他們兩個的關係＠＠
