Popovich “responds” to Phil Jackson, and it’s classic Pop

BROOKLYN, N.Y. —
The Spurs are playing the Brooklyn Nets tonight, and not
the New York Knicks. This being the Big Apple, however, a New York reporter
couldn’t resist asking Spurs coach Gregg Popovich before tipoff for his
response to Knicks president Phil Jackson’s assertion from earlier this year
that the Spurs were “not a dynasty.”
雖然今天的比賽是對籃網而不是對尼克，紐約的媒體依舊沒放過任何採訪Pop的機會，今
天的主題是詢問Pop對於Phil Jackson所說馬刺並不是一個王朝的看法
What followed was classic, sarcastic Popovich. Playful, but with a bite:
“Oooh that makes me mad!” Popovich exclaimed, feigning a sour face.
Then he continued: ”Just write whatever you want and I’ll say I said it.
Make it good to make sure you get a promotion. Juicy. Ugly. Really good. And I
’ll say, ‘Yeah, I said that. I’m sorry.’ Go ahead and have fun with it.”
結果得到一個經典的POP式回答
“喔喔喔喔喔喔 這真的讓我發瘋惹”POP一臉酸民嘲諷樣，然後繼續說到
“你就寫你想寫的吧，我會說那些都是我講DER。 好好寫這篇報導確保它會讓你升官，不
管你想怎樣加油添醋。然後我會說：喔~對~我是這樣說的~Sorry囉”
