標題我該跟eBay投訴嗎？

今天中午休息的時候，想說閒來無事逛逛eBay
結果看到

我記得上一張在eBay賣不到$300
不過那已經是幾個月前的事了
考慮了好幾分鐘，還是按下了BIN
想不到下午發現這張卡又被拿出來賣了
而且價錢漲了$300

於是我就寫信給賣家
剛剛他回信了：
I have not had a chance to contact you regarding this card. An error
occured in the listing. When I used the 10-key numerals to type in
the auction price, I hit a 4 instead of a 7 for the price, making it
$449.95 instead of $749.95. This was an honest error as I know that
his past 2 1/1 cards sold for $1700 and $1000 each. I had to pay $550
at a show for the 1/1 I have, so I'd be losing money if I sold it for
$450. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
說實在的我不大相信他的話
我覺得是他事後發現價錢太低才反悔的，並不是真的按錯價錢
更讓我生氣的事，他就算不賣也應該跟我說一聲
而不是等我自己發現去通知他:「我發現你又拿出來賣了喔...」
明明eBay上面要通知我很方便，他卻一封信都不發
說沒有機會通知我，卻有機會張貼新的拍賣？
我知道我是不可能買到這張卡了，但是想問問看大家的意見
大家覺得我應該自己摸摸鼻子認栽算了？
還是要跟eBay投訴賣家惡意取消交易？
