Top seeded Carlos Moya became the first player to win the Copa AT&T two times when he defeated Argentina's Guillermo Coria in three sets on Sunday. Moya, who is now 10-0 at this tournament, last played here in 1995 when he captured his first ATP title. Sunday's victory was his 12th career ATP title and fifth in the past 12 months. In 1995, Moya didn't drop a set en route to the title. This time, he found a little more resistance dropping sets to Perus's Luis Horna in the quarterfinals and in Sunday's final against Coria. He also defeated David Ferrer (1st Rd.), Edgardo Massa (2nd Rd.) and Gustavo Kuerten en route to the Copa AT&T win. Coria's loss, meanwhile drops him to 1-3 in career ATP finals and 6-2 overall at the Copa AT&T, where he reached the quarterfinals in 2001, losing to countrymen Gaston Gaudio. In the doubles final, wild card entrants Sebastien Prieto and Mariano Hood cruised to a straight sets win over David Nalbandian and Lucas Arnold. Prieto and Hood did not face a seeded team in any of their four matches but played excellent tennis, not dropping a set the entire week. It was the fourth career ATP doubles title for the pair, all on clay (1998 - Santiago, 1999 - Palermo, 2001 - Bogota). Hood also won in Vina del Mar last week with partner Agustin Calleri. His doubles winning streak now stands at eight consecutive matches. --
