標題[請問] 有關Z3C國外漫遊&SKYPE操作？

小弟第一次出國(新加坡)使用漫遊，想請教幾個問題:
1.國外上網的話:
是要快速設定那邊選"行動數據連線"+"國際漫遊"嗎？
2.skype撥打電話回台灣:
選國際漫遊?那行動數據要選嗎？
