標題[請問] 沒root刪除what's new的方法

如題，型號是ZL，更新4.4.4以後就甩不掉what's new，
不小心往左上滑就會開啟，有點煩想刪掉，
有不root的刪除方法嗎？或者改變往上滑不會出現，謝謝。
