標題[問題] 皇后酒店押金問題

請教一下各位版友
今天在Royal Hotel Singapore的官網訂房
官網上有要求提供信用卡卡號作為保證
在預訂成功後
系統有發一封關於預定政策的條款內容如下:
Deposit Policy:
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking
and is REFUNDABLE. (Also to validate the credit card.)
However, if the booking is made less than 5 days prior to arrival,
FULL prepayment will be charged on the day of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation 4 or 5 days prior to arrival ,
one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.
In case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or
in case of no-show, the total room night reserved charges will be
charged to your credit card.
有關旅館押金的部分
請問是我在網上預定的時候 押金就已經從信用卡扣除了嗎?
還是其實並未扣除 押金在第一天入住的時候繳交呢?
(但它又寫On the date of booking而非the date of arrival)
另外就是若我在五天前取消預定 那麼還是要付一晚的房費嗎?
(因為它說"四到五天前" 不大清楚是不是 不管幾天前取消訂單
都要付一晚房費的意思@ @)
希望有經驗的版友可以指點迷津 非常感謝~
