這幾天 give & get steam 特價週.
今天有特大, 但是只有 25% off (剩 8 小時)
不過 login 之後, 突然發現變成 75% off

定價 $39.99 => $9.99 (75% off)

所以它的程式設定是 25% off + 50% off
(如果這次是 50% off, 就會變成 50% + 50% = 免費, bug! 會被改掉)
可以找有 Cities XL 的人代買 gift。
