夫妻樹的見證 "The Witness of "Fuci Trees"
夫妻樹是森林火燒的見證，因1963(民國52)年塔塔加地區森林大火所造成。
這兩棵紅檜巨木受火的摧殘，生機已喪，淒然枯立於此。
形同夫妻相偎相依、至死不渝。
佇立於此，彷彿可感受夫妻的提醒；
愛是永不止息，對自然萬物，當盡保護之責...
The "Couple Trees" experienced the 1963 forest fire.
Though these two red eypresses did not survive the fire.
nonetheless , they turned into memorials.
Be still , you may hear them whispering :
Love is patient and kind... Love never fails.
The care of forests is not a question of forests ,
but of the human heart.
