You can cook but must follow the kitchen's rule and respect the other roommate to keep clean. About the contract- A half year or one year rental contract (prefer one year) with one month deposit and first month rent is required. Monthly rent is $990 and will need to share water, internet and electricity bill with other roommates. You can do street parking outside the house no permit is required, or park in garage with additional 50/month. Parking is always available.
