上個月我跟朋友去SF旅遊，網上查到可以使用muni app買車票，因為不太會使用，不知道 買了要點進去activate才算已使用。上車之後我們還特別給司機看我們已經買票，司機也 點點頭叫我們趕快上車。 結果車開到一半公車就被警察臨檢，警察要檢查大家的車票。我們給警察看我們的app， 但還沒有activate，警察就說我們應該要在上車前就要activate，於是就把我們抓下車開 了一人一張120$的罰單。 我們有跟警察說明這是我們第一次到SF不太會使用app，但是我們都有買票付錢，司機也 都有看過票讓我們上車，我們不是故意要逃車費。警察說他會備註在citation上，但是還 是必須開一張罰單。他說我們可以去SFMTA protest 我的的罰單，把事情敘述出來。於是 我回家照做，這是我打的內容- I’ve never been to SF before. Before I arrive SF, I found there is a MuniMobi le app. So I bought an online ticket before I got on the bus at morning, I als o got the message from my credit card bank that Muni has charged the tickets f are from my account, so I pretty sure I’ve paid the bus fare. When the bus ca me, I got on the bus and showed the ticket to driver, the driver nodded to me and used a hand gesture to told me move inside the bus quickly, so I believed I used the online tickets successfully. And the police came. I showed my ticket to the police, but he said I should pr ess the ticket button to use the tickets. So I pressed the button in front of the police right away, but he still gave me a citation. The police understood that I didn’t know how to use the app and he told me to protest this citation online. As a foreigner, I am a law-abiding citizens and I totally respect the law of US. I didn't mean to avoid the bus fare, I do pay the tickets fare, I just don ’t know how to use the app. 結果兩個禮拜後我還是收到罰款通知，說我的protest收到了但還是必須繳錢，但我還有 一次online hearing 的機會，感覺我要再線上陳情一次。 https://i.imgur.com/ibo6g0B.jpg 想問板上大大們有過或聽說過這樣的經驗嗎？online hearing 打的內容有什麼需要注意 的嗎？ 我們真的不是故意要逃車費，如果被罰240$真的會很崩潰... --
