1 Campo Bello Lane Menlo Park CA 94025,走路可到Stanford
學區是La Entrada Middle school 及 Los Lomitas Elementary School 非常好的學區 （以前住戶的小朋友以前就讀這裡）
我覺得最棒的是不必自己再花時間申請水電wifi 買賣傢俱

-- location is in West Menlo Park, close to Stanford University and Sharon Height shopping mall, and near Stanford's free shuttle route on Sand Hill Road;
-- owner is a single mom with a 12-year-old daughter.
--the in-law suite is downstairs and it has one bedroom, a full bath, a kitchenette, and a living room. Tenants have access to laundry facilities.
-- it is fully furnished.
-- entry through the garage
-- the back patio and a small swimming pool with a deck area are available for use.
-- parking in drive way
- Asking for $2,450, inclusive of internet, electricity and gas,
