1. Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Lauguage Options
2. On the Languages (2nd) tab, check the "Install files for
East Asian languages"
3. Repeat the 1st step and go back to Languages tab, click
on Details button
4. Choose the IME you wanna install, like Phonetic, ChangJie.
5. Click on OK button to close this window. Go to the the
Regional Options (1st) tab
6. On the combo box "select an item to match its preferences....."
choose Chiese (Taiwan), then press Customize... button
7. On the right most tab "Sorting", choose "Stroke Count", then
press OK to confirm and go to the Advanced (3rd) tab
8. On the combo box "Select a language to mathch the language
version of ......", choose Chiese (Taiwan). press OK to
confirm and close this window
9. Done
