Chances are that we may not go to that restaurant again. As a rule of thumb, we should behave our politeness to the utmost, letting people we treat feel a sense of relief and respect. This is why we should expect people to be polite under any conditions. If we do not expect that attitude, they would not attach importance to it. This is also harmful for the entertainment industry as well. Politeness also helps us when dealing with conflicts. We expect people to be polite and we would show it in the first time when meeting accident. For instance, when we face a traffic accident, in the road, we may not distinguish the responsibilities at that time. When facing the situation, if we do not display our well-manner to let the people know we are friendly and take the duty, it is possible that the situation would be out of control, because no one expects others to be polite.
