First, meeting a diversity of people who are not around themselves, people can enrich their social lives. Last but not least, acquiring more helpful knowledge, people can possess a huge number of work experiences for hunting future work. By accumulating a variety of practical experiences between different business positions, they will own terrific conditions to compete with others people in higher level work positions. For example, as a freshman in society, businesses may not give them a great chance to have a high-level business position, because bosses may not trust them. If they can gain more experiences in lower level positions at first, it will allow them making decisions both independently and correctly. Therefore, they will climb the business ladder smoothly.
