Some people enjoy having a good time with friends or family in a fancy restaurant or a casual food stand. Other people like to prepare and eat food at home. There are advantages in both choices; however, I prefer to stay at home and have a light meal alone or with my family and friends. Enjoying the cozy atmosphere is the main reason why I prefer to stay at home. The food preparing by my mother or with family makes me feel worm as well as being taken care of. After the preparing, family members have the meals and share their anecdotes after this day or complain their problems from work or school. At home, you may relax and be free from the interferences from the others. On the contrary, going to food stands or restaurants after work is a bit tiring for exhausted people. While there are such disadvantages as doing the preparing and the cleaning work, staying at home is still a more comfortable way to have meals. Another reason for the choice is that the food at home is generally safe and clean. It’s true that foods stands or restaurants might provide food both delicious and clean, but you never know if they wash their hands before cooking or not. Eating at home definitely guarantees a safer meal. What’s more, the prices of the restaurants range from very low to extremely high. The wiser way to save your money is to buy cheap ingredients and cook at home. Ultimately, for some people to go out alone is somewhat an embarrassment. For instance, have you ever seen there is a table with only one chair? With a comparison with the dining people have companions, eating alone stirs a sense of loneliness sometimes. A lonely person might prefer to stay at home lest himself/ herself feel ill at ease. If you ask me where I prefer to go to have my meals, the answer would absolutely be at home. For that I could do anything and make any gesture I want during the dining time. It’s just a matter of free and easy. --
