Which opinion do you agree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer. Generally, the main purpose of most people to enroll in schools is to conduct academic studies. However, this purpose is not the only thing that students have to do in schools. In my opinion, schools also should teach students other things, such as some life skills and some tips to maintain relationship with others, to help them face the lives after graduation. For this reason, I agree with the statement that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. I’ll try to demonstrate my point of view as follows. The physical excise can benefit students’ health and improve the efficiency of everyday studies. First, regular excise is so important to humans' health. Scientists have proved that regular excises not only keep our bodies in good conditions, but also make our everyday lives with full of energy. This is necessary and important to students in school days on academic studies. Second, physical excises can promote the efficiency of learning for students in schools. Students can release their stresses and relax their minds by doing physical excises regularly. Therefore, students will obtain clearer minds and fresher thoughts in classes, and thus they will be able to deal with difficult questions in the subjects of math, physics or chemistry more easily. For all the above reasons, we may reach the conclusion that physical excise will benefit the studies of students in schools. Because, it helps students keep in good health conditions and increase their abilities to learn more efficient. A student with a health body and a clear mind will perform better than his peers in academic studies. That's why I agree with the statement that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. --
