A chemical based keeping fit method, BowNiSo, for losing weight The overweight of body has been proved to have high risk involved in cardiac disease. In social consideration, the bad body shape also makes people to be unconfident. However, to date, no effective method for keeping fit is applied. By a novel keeping fit (KT) method, BowNiSo, the decreasing of fat in abdomen during the treatment was observed by magnetic resonance image (MRI). This method was based on seiral natural products which isolated from the deep sea anemone to control people not to eat fried chicken. People who tested in this method shown that they all lose weight in significant during 3 weeks experiment. The rate of losing fat was 5-fold higher comparing to the control. This results suggest that KT is a good method for losing weight, may be used as a alternative method in current medicine. While the mechanism of the chemicals used in KT needed to be explored in the future. --
