四強賽由Ljubo勝出 連續三年打進決賽 尋求他在這裡的第二座冠軍
對手是Stakhovsky,他是自1999年Halle男網的Nicklas Kulti以來第一位以Lucky Loser
打進決賽的選手,(上一個奪冠是1991年Sao Paulo的Christian Miniussi)
賽後柳比:
"This was the most demanding match I played this week because Mario was the
strongest opponent. I took my chances, saved some break points and played
excellent tie breaker", Ljubicic said.
賽後Ancic: 他希望決賽能由柳比奪冠 (我希望明年Mario能回來奪冠Q_Q)
"Ivan served better than I did, this was the key. I had a few break points,
did not convert and had no chance afterwards. I hope that trophy will come
back to Croatian hands again", Ancic said.
