官網公布的：
Seven to join team on Friday.
San Francisco will be calling up six players from its Triple-A
Fresno affiliate: pitchers Brian Wilson and Jonathan Sanchez,
catcher Justin Knoedler, outfielders Fred Lewis and Jason Ellison,
and first baseman Lance Niekro. A pitcher from Double-A Connecticut,
Scott Munter, will also join the Giants at Wrigley Field.
