現在是 off season 嗎? 他好像在度假一樣...-.- ------- Andy's October Journal! - CR by: Andy 10/24/2004 -- Hey Guys! I've got some down time for a change, so I thought it would be a good time to check in. Hope you all are doing well! It's autumn in Austin诂hat a glorious time of year to be in Texas! It is now one year since I've moved into my house, and I love it more every day. Doug is in town this week, and he is giving me some solid workouts. My knees are still sore from all the tennis I have played during the late summer, but I am not too concerned. Last week I went to my buddy Tim Curry's wedding up in Ithaca. It is definitely beautiful country up there! The rolling hills were endless and all the leaves c hanging colors was something I've never really seen before so I was quite impressed. I had a chance to check out Cornell University. I was surprised at how big the campus is! After that it was off to Southern California for Elton John's Charity event and tennis exhibition. Elton is such a talented person, and such a big tennis fan. He actually dedicated "Rocket-Man"to me which is something I will never forget. The tennis part was fun, but Elton and I got taken down by Andre and Anna Kournikova. From there I went with Andre to North Dakota. There is nothing quite like spending quality time with Andre. He is such an inspiration both on and off the court. I also enjoyed going to a part of the country that I've never seen before. The arena where we played is awesome, and the fans ate it all up ?0,000 screaming North Dakotans! I finally got home to Austin last Thursday. On Saturday night, we went to my favorite sushi restaurant in Austin绛enichi. I walk in, and the first people I see are Lance Armstrong and his girlfriend, Sheryl Crow. Lance was in town for his big charity event "Ride For the Roses." Lance even asked me to join him, but with my sore knees, I didn't急think it was a good idea. It's always nice bumping into your hero! So that's what's going down, hope to see some of you in Houston!!! --
