This is an 8X speed record from downtown Taipei to the northern
city Keelung. The provincial highway NO. 5, the political effect,
also regarded as "sub-national highway NO. 5, is an important road
connects the northern port Keelung. Please note there will be Part 2
of the clips. This clip is unfortunally taken within some rains and
waves, sorry about that.
