"Seriously, the dude in the dreads is a far more historically great hitter than
you might think."
______
‧ Only two righthanded members of the 500-Home Run Club have a .400 career OBP:
Foxx (.428) and Thomas (.420). Ramirez (.409), depending on how he ages, has
a chance to become the third.
史上突破500轟的右打者裡,目前只有Foxx(.428)和Thomas(.420)的上壘率比Manny高.
‧ Only two righthanded hitters (minimum 10 seasons) have a slugging percentage
better than Ramirez's .594: Foxx and Greenberg.
在生涯超過十季右打者中,也只有Foxx(.609)和Greenberg(.605)的長打率比Manny的.594好
‧ Here are the all-time leaders for most seasons batting .300 with 30 homers
and 100 RBI among righthanded hitters:
1 (tie). Ramirez, Foxx (9).
3 Guerrero (8).
4 (tie). Pujols, Rodriguez, Thomas, Aaron, Mays, DiMaggio (7).
____
HR RBI age
------------------------------
Barry Bonds (762/1996) 43
Ken Griffey Jr.(596/1714) 38
Frank Thomas (516/1685) 40
Manny Ramirez (496/1624) 36
Alex Rodriguez (522/1513) 33
Gary Sheffield (481/1578) 39
(20,2nd,behind Lou Gehrig's 23)
