His 2.8 BB/9 ratio in 2010 was actually a career worst for the 2005 fourth-round pick. Over the course of his Minor League career, Hellickson has allowed just 2.1 walks per nine innings. At the same time, he's struck out 9.8 per nine, with a full-season high of 10.4 in 2009. Scouting report: He's got stuff plus command, which bodes well for his future. He can touch the mid-90s with his fastball, which he keeps down in the zone, and his changeup is a plus pitch to go along with it.
