Commissioner Chooses Allen To Replace Nelson
Mo Williams and Rajon Rondo were candidates, but David Stern and the NBA went
with the familiar face of Ray Allen as Jameer Nelson's All-Star replacement.
Allen will be making his ninth All-Star appearance.
The Celtics' shooting guard was also an injury replacement during the 2008
All-Star game, but is widely believed to be more deserving of the spot this
season despite the presence of other guards.
Allen scored 28 points in the game and was considered an MVP candidate that
day, but the award went to LeBron James.
Stern 決定由 Ray-Gun 遞補進入明星賽。 Mo-will繼續遺珠下去。
這也是Allen的第九次明星賽了。
話說，去年他也是因傷遞補進去的.....差點拿下明星賽MVP
