I'm not sure of this was posted before (sorry if it was) but on RapsTv last night Leo Rautins basically spilled the beans on Vince. Some tidbits he dropped... - Although teammeate are saying they will miss him Leo says they are being politically correct. He says to a man players hated playing with Vince becasue he put in zero effort and this might come out later - he has to talk to a lot of GM's, scouts, other coaches, etc. and he says if he had to repeat everything they said about Vince "it wouldn't be pretty" - when Leo works games and Vince gets hurt and is acting dead on the floor Raptor players would wonder over to where they were working and actually look at them and roll their eyes as if to say here we go again - Rafer got his technical foul in Boston not because he was frustrated by the game or the officials but becasue he was frustrated at Vince's (and Jalen's) lack of effort. Rafer doesn't like playing with these two - (the important point) Bosh got really frustrated last year playing with Vince. When he sprained his ankle last year he played though it. Supposedly Vince's ankle sprain wasn't as bad as Bosh's sprain yet he missed twice amount as time. This PO'd Bosh. Bosh won't b sorry to see VC go - Leo was shocked last year at the all start game. For 2 years he never saw Vince run up the court as hard and go to the basket like he did at that all star game. He then realized Vince was mailing it in when he was playing for the Raps. - He hear's a lot of good info on the feelings of the players and he said the team will be happy to get rid of Vince - He says Vince is in a no win situation in NJ. If he plays like he used to it will show people he was just mailing it in in T.O. and people will question his professionalism and heart.
