Padilla and Kevin Millwood will once again head the Rangers rotation while they sort through a long list of candidates to fill the other spots. Robinson Tejeda is one of them. John Koronka and Kameron Loe are two others. The Rangers mull the possibility of using Josh Rupe as a starter.
