TC22-Device engineer
The scope of our ESD/LU team is as followings,
1. ESD/LU testkey design and characterization (including device,
cell and circuit)
2. Device/circuit simulation to probe into the behavior and mechanism
(medici/Hspice)
3. Whole chip ESD/LU protection design
4. To improve the chip/system level ESD and DPPM (EOS issue related)
