標題[問題] 能不灌VS 就能解決缺vcvarsall問題嗎?

要安裝套件 常常會出現缺vcvarsall.bat
這就要灌Visual Studio
有辦法不灌Visual Studio 就能解決vcvarsall.bat嗎?

如果是xp有辦法嗎?
4F：→ uranusjr: 無法, Python 只剩 2.7 支援 XP, 也只能搭配 VS 2008 01/08 00:18
