標題[問題] 新手爬蟲解惑

小弟在利用爬蟲將網址存到資料庫的過程發生問題
對於這個Error的部分有試圖GOOGLE 但經過多方嘗試後仍無法消除錯誤
請各位大哥大姐們幫幫忙
