標題type "chinese word" will be changed

sorry i type english only
because if i type chinese word in ptt
it will bw changed another word
ex "i feel happy" will be changed "壯闡控偽蕞"
ex "today"->限中
ex "12345"->中中中孕中
ex "hello"->垂齬
please help me
my system is win10
i use "telnet ptt.cc"into ptt
