標題[問題] 無法連線至真正的 webptt.com/m.aspx?n=

網頁顯示無法連線至真正的 webptt.com/m.aspx?n=
用Google Chrome 和 IE 及PCMan也都無法開啟，只有手機可以。
電腦時間是對的，其他網頁瀏覽都正常
請問是什麼原因？
