這個不是Ptt這邊設定的問題
是你電腦的問題
你可以嘗試切換輸入法或是按shift
或是重灌輸入法，或是去IME板查詢有沒有跟你電腦現在情形有關的問題
IME板的位置可以在主畫面按s輸入IME找到
