標題[問題] who is "Big Angel"?

I had post a question about i can read chinese but not type chinese here
last time. However, i didn't get the answers, and one person replied
that " maybe the big angel can help me to solve this problem."
So now, can anyone tell how i can contact the "big Angel"?
And who is the big angel? Thanks everyone!!!
