我朋友的名字被拿去當某公負責人
其本人在那家公司亦無任何股份
純粹只是掛名。
我知道很多八大行業的負責人都是遊民
出了事就準備負責被關，不過他們有領薪水便是
我的疑問是，為什麼沒有任何股份或出資可以當負責人
法律這樣制定有什麼目的?
另，負責人只有出事要負責的義務，難道沒有其獨享的權力?
當負責人有什麼好處?
