標題[抗告] harassment of EgyptCat

處分事由 ：本案中，被檢舉人 nuno0802 對檢舉人 Egyptcat 以水球所發送之
「fuck off」文字，依社會之通念可認定其屬謾罵他人之用語，符合毀謗、侮辱
、謾罵他人要件。若檢舉人不欲再收到被檢舉人此類水球，請將其設入壞人名單
不服理由 ：
I am really busy, and apparently not in a good mood when this guy,
EgyptCat, invited me to chess. The phrase "fuck off" means "back off",
"go away." It's just a damn expression and nothing more. I got to admit
the phrase is a little inappropriate. However, I dont see any insult
or slanter caused in any way. Here, I would like to appeal, and I
sincerely recommend you to reconsider on this case.
Moreover, I believe EgyptCat also sent "怕輸就說" to me. Isnt this
some kind of harassment?
