VMWare 的話應該是沒有問題，
新增 VM 的時候選 Windows 3.1，
拿 MS-DOS 6.22 的安裝磁片把 OS install 進去，
常用的指令幾乎都會動，
除非你想去對 I/O devices 下指令，
那我就不知道了，
不支援的話會跳出訊息說那個指令還沒實作。
