標題[郵務] UPU CODE "V"開頭可以網上查詢嗎？

對方給我的UPU CODE是 VV000067930HU,
請問這組號碼可以在網上查詢嗎？
因為我查到的資料上說:
In the case of international items the tracking services is only provided if
the registration number on the item complies with the stipulations of the UPU
(Universal Postal Union) S10 standard. The structure of the standard
international identifier:
2-letter service identifier, which may start with E, C, R, V or L
9 numerical digits
2-character ISO code of sending country
我知道"E"是EMS、"R"是國際掛號、"C"是國際包裹，
"V"和"L"是？

謝謝~"L"開頭就我所知不是掛號(收美國寄來的小包)，郵局不能追蹤，
"V"開頭這次是第一次收(還在運輸中)。
5F：推 XiJun:V開頭的應該就是保價郵件,L開頭應該是英美澳加等國家常用的 04/11 22:42
