※ 引述《MauriceLM (rebirth)》之銘言： : 問題是這樣的，比賽的時候有需要傳球的時候， : 一定是要又快又準，但是平常傳接球練習， : 大部分人應該都會拿著四逢線(4-seam)來傳球吧。 : 可是比賽的時候一接到球根本沒有時間握成 4-seam 再丟， : 所以跟平常傳接球時手感差很多，有時甚至三指都沒有扣到線 : 就把球傳出去，因為沒有時間握成4-seam。 i agree we face this problem all the time. but you can improve this by continuous practice. the practice is simple. you can do anytime when your both hands are available, like watching TV, listening to math classes, or even talking to your girl frinds (but don't try this, she might break up with you because she think you are a nut.) the steps are, 1) put the glove in one hand and the ball in the other 2) throw the ball in the glove 3) take the ball out of the glove back to your hand 4) and do the throwing posture (but don't throw just pretend), which including uplift you arm, straight your arm little more if you are an outfielfer, adjust your two legs between the steps (3) and (4), we probably can have 5 nanoseconds to do a tiny adjustment to make the ball is held in a better position before throwing out. so, you probably can see pro-player doing this sometimes. it looks stupid and boring, but they do that for this prupose. but i have to agree, even half-human-half-god players like ichiro, they throw a sinker or slider when the situation is pretty rush. but that doesn't mean they doesn't try to throw a fastball, just because of no time. : 沒有握成 4-seam 我自己是覺得傳球的準度、速度和距離 : 都會受到影響，投手的變化球有很多就是因為握法不同才造成 : 變化的效果，但是傳球的時候當然不希望傳個變化球， : 不知有沒有人有一樣的經驗能夠分享一下咧 ?? --
