XD : 上面是很正確的觀念，不過我有一些不同的看法 : 一個野手其實對於自己的傳球力道、速度到哪裡，其實多半都很清楚，特別是內野手 : 當你在追求球速跟傳球力道的提升時，其實就是在加長你的出手時間 : 因為你身體能釋放的力量還跟不上你自己所想像，身體會自然去加些動作來增加球速 : 例如多踩步、不自覺過度拉開手臂等等... : 你還是說中文吧 XD (sorry not writing in chinese because i just can't. but i just can't help because you guys are too cute) bask to the topic, i think you make an excellent point. but i probably agree 90% only. quick relase is the most important part for infielding players like i say before, which including two parts 1)taking the ball from the glove, 2) throwing it out ( the first part is the biggest difference between pro player and us. try to watch pro- infielder players palying KGB, you will be amazed how quick they get the ball to thier hand out of the glove) back the the part two, to me, when throwing the ball, a good infielder should use more than 50% efforts from his wrist, and then the rest efforts shared by his whole body. in this case, ont only the releasing time can be reduce, but the accuracy increase. do an experiment, try to throw a ball to a target twice. the first time, use your wrist effort more and the second time, keep you wrist not acting, throw the ball by shoulder efforts. i believe you will find it is much harder to throw the ball in the target at the second trial. so, my conclusion is that wanting to be a outstanding infielder, if you have to get a strong wrist and know how to use it perfectly. --
