訂 Cebu Pacific 的機票很多次 五月台北直飛宿霧沒斷航 九月飛馬尼拉沒遇到颱風跟減班併班 這次想訂明年機票 終於出問題了 我用永豐VISA跟中國信託VISA card 都一樣 在扣完錢寄信來說confirm後兩週 來了下面這封email: Dear Cebu Pacific Guest: Thank you for booking your flight with us online! Your transaction was immediately processed according to the airline’s policy regarding credit card payments. Unfortunately, after exercising diligent efforts, the credit card used to book your flight could not be authenticated. In view thereof, we would like to inform you that your online transaction was invalidated and we were constrained to place your booking with us on hold. Should you wish to continue with the flight, you may contact our Reservations Department at 7020-888, any ticket office near you or you may proceed to the airport and pay upon check-in. Thank you very much for your understanding and continued patronage. Sincerely yours, CEBU AIR, INC. *************************** Review 一下國外的討論串 http://www.lonelyplanet.com/thorntree/thread.jspa?threadID=1676838&tstart=0 http://www.lonelyplanet.com/thorntree/thread.jspa?messageID=14745718&#14745718 The proceed to the airport and pay upon check-in won't work because as soon as you show your mug they will inform you your booking was canceled. yes even Filipinos do get screwed by this wonderful airline. --- 8 As long as they don't credit you for a canceled flight I saw this on another forum from someone who had booked with Cebu Pacific: "Last night I was supposed to fly from Manila to Saigon with Cebu Pacific for a 10 day vacation in Vietnam. I had booked and paid for the flight 6 weeks ago. When I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me fly. Cebu Pacific claimed my credit card was rejected, I showed them a copy of my statement where it was debited. After arguing for 20 minutes, they still wouldn't let me fly unless I paid for my ticket in cash right there which of course I refused to do. I had a confirmed ticket and these people didn't honour it. I will not fly them ever again" So just be doubly sure that your card hasn't been debited!
