標題[問題] 懷孕可以吃維他命A嗎？

朋友去日本買2罐綜合維他命給孕婦吃
我看了包裝
它每顆含有 4000IU Vit.A
聽說高劑量的 Vit. A 會畸胎？
請問這樣孕婦可以吃嗎？
