How many treatments can a 68 lb dog undergo if it is receiving 10 mg/m^2/dose? 條件: 1 kg=2.2 lb 30kg的體表面積為1.01m^2, 31kg為1.03m^2 -----------------------------------------------------------以下是我的算法 假設每次治療時體重都一樣， 我的第一個算法: 240/10=24，所以最多可以做24個療程。 但是答案是23.3???!!! 雖然我覺得答案會一樣，但是我算了第二種算法: 1)先把體重換算成公斤: 68 lb/ 2.2 = 30.9 kg 2)將體重用內插法算出體表面積: (31-30)/(1.03-1.01)=(30.9-30)/(BSA-1.01) 得到 30.9kg的體表面積為1.028m^2 3) total cumulative dose : 240 mg/m^2 x 1.028 m^2 = 246.72 mg one dose : 10 mg/m^2/dose x 1.028 m^2 = 10.28 mg/dose 246.72/10.28=24 結果還是一樣ˊˋ 想請問是哪邊算錯還是他的答案錯了? 謝謝大家! --
