標題[問題] 千里馬之後未滿兩年可以再拿J1 scholar嗎

您好，有關簽證問題，想跟各位請教一下不知道大家有無這樣的經驗過?
之前很幸運申請到國科會千里馬計畫(J1-visa research scholar)並回國後，知道J1有
"two year home residency requirement”的限制，那如果在國內還沒有待滿2年的情況
下，如果又要申請另一個計劃也是J1-visa research scholar的簽證，是否需要先WAVIE
掉之前的那個J1的兩年條款限制?
可是在網路上看到訊息發現J1Visa中有個” Not have participated in and completed
a professor or research scholar program within the last 24 months preceding
the beginning date of their new program’s commencement” 且所謂的” The
24-Month Bar: Any individual who participates in an Exchange Visitor program
in the Researcher Scholar or Professor category on or after 11/18/06 is
subject to a 24-month bar on "repeat participation" in those categories.
Scholars subject to the 24-month bar may not return to the United States as a
J-1 scholar in the Research Scholar or Professor category for the 24-month
period. This bar also applies to J-2 dependents. The 24-month bar is not the
same as the Two Year Home Residence Requirement. The 24-month bar does not
prevent individuals from returning to the United States in any other visa
status.”
那如果如上述所示，意思是說WAVIE不適用於J1 research scholar 換 J1 research
scholar嗎? 還是依舊可以WAVIE之前的J1research scholar後再申請新的J1research
scholar呢?
又WAVIE有次數限制嗎?
