Thank you for submitting this revision in partial response to my directions. The English is now much better. I also appreciate your printing Figs. 7-9 in grey scale. However, these figures are still not legible. It is not enough to simply reproduce them in grey scale. If the authors still do not wish to pay to print these figures in color, the legends themselves must be changed so that in grey scale they appear to transform monotonically from light grey to dark grey as one traverses the legend. I have attached an example to help clarify what I mean for the authors. Some of my directions have still not been followed. There is still text that is not defined in figures 7-9.
